    Founded by Ivy Meyer, we supply hospitals, surgeons, and government clinics with reliable, competitively priced products and responsive after-sales support.

    What began as a relationship-driven service is now a streamlined operation with strong processes and quality controls—focused on delivering the right products, on time.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • Email orders@rapitrade458.co.za with your company details (practice/hospital name, delivery & billing address, VAT number) and the product ranges you need. We’ll send a short credit/onboarding form and activate your account within 1–2 business days.
    • We deliver throughout the Western Cape. Stocked consumables ship in 24–72 hours; special-order and theatre items are quoted with ETA on request.
    • Consumables must be unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery. Devices and instruments follow manufacturer warranty terms. Contact support@rapitrade458.co.za for an RMA before sending anything back.
    • Yes. Where required, we coordinate in-service training with suppliers and provide documentation for theatre readiness and compliance.
    • Yes. As a BEE provider, we issue the required company and product documentation with your quote or on request.
